“See You In Court Isreal!” – DJ Cuppy Disclose She’d Sue Isreal DMW For Libel And Defamation

International Disk Jockey, Florence Otedola professionally known as Dj Cuppy has disclosed her intentions towards the false accusation about her breaching the contractual agreement of her collaboration with Nigerian musician Zlatan Ibile on the song “Gelato”.

The fresh development taken place in the Zlatan, IsrealDMW, and Cuppy saga. And this time, it’s from DJ Cuppy herself.

The disc jockey, musician, and show host who was accused of taking financial advantage of Zanku master, Zlatan by Davido’s logistics manager, IsrealDMW, has come out to speak on the issue in a tweet made on the 1st of October. Addressing her part in the issue, Cuppy said,

“There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation! See you in court Isreal.”

Recall that the Zlatan and Cuppy saga deepened following Zlatan’s open denial of her on a TV show after she mentioned that he blocked her without giving her a reason.

Cuppy was then accused by IsrealDMW of taking advantage of Zlatan on their song together, Gelato, by contracting him for a show without catering to the needs of the artiste and his crew.

Weighing into the feud, Israel DMW accused the disc jockey of not giving Zlatan any proceed from the hit song Gelato that she featured him on.

Calling her a fake friend, Israel hailed Zlatan for disposing DJ Cuppy as quickly as possible. He then went ahead to share a video of the 30BG speaking with Zlatan in a live video, where he said with his own mouth that he was not paid anything.
