Kemi Olunloyo Exposes Davido Over “We Rise By Lifting Others” Quote, Says He’s Not The Author

Controversial Nigerian investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has taken to social media to put disregard notions that the quote we rise by lifting others’ is a quote by singer Davido.

Davido made this statement after receiving an award at the 2018 edition of the Headies Awards and since then the quote has become popular on social media and offline.

According to Kemi Olunloyo, Davido

is not the original author of that quote and admonished people to give credit to where it is due.

Sighted on her Twitter page, the 56-year-old retired health expert, claimed that the true author of the statement is American journalist, Germany Kent.
