Olamide Told Naira Marley Who I Am!! Naira Marley didn’t know me before ‘Am I a Yahoo Boy’ song – Sarz

Music producer, Sarz, has revealed that singer, Naira Marley, did not know who he was before he name-dropped him in his 2019 song, ‘Am I A Yahoo Boy’.

In celebrating his 31st birthday, Sarz made this known on Twitter on Tuesday when he shared a story about meeting the singer backstage at a concert in 2019.

He explained that Naira Marley did not recognise him when he went over to greet rapper, Olamide, who was with Naira Marley.

“I saw Olamide, Naira Marley and their crew… I walked towards their direction and hugged Baddoo…Naira said, ‘Who is this guy disturbing you?’” Sarz said.

Naira Marley in his 2019 song, ‘Am I A Yahoo Boy’, taking a swipe at the controversial Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigeria Police Force said the only SARS he knew was ‘Sarz On The Beats’.
