Nicolas Pepe’s team-mate at Lille, Jose Fonte, has hinted that Arsenal is the Ivorian’s destination.

The 24-year-old is one of the most sought-after players in this window, with up to four clubs agreeing a fee for him with Lille.

However, in the last few days, Arsenal have jumped to the front of the queue and a transfer is imminent.

Speaking with talkSPORT, Fonte all but confirmed this.
