Davido has reacted to the decision taken by the supreme court to sack governor-elect of Bayelsa state, David Lyon.

Earlier today, the Supreme Court sacked the governor-elect of Bayelsa State, David Lyon, of APC and his Deputy, Biobarakuma Degi-Eremieoyo, and declared Douye Diri of PDP as the winner of 2019 state governorship election. Davido who obviously understands what the sacked governor-elect must be feeling right now took to his Twitter page to share his views.

According to him, its no longer about winning anymore as one can win only to lose again. The “Risky” singer added that he was in a club in New York when he heard Supreme Court upheld Governor Gboyega Oyetola’s victory in the 2018 Osun governorship election, despite a tribunal ruling declaring his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, the winner of the election in March 2018.

He wrote: “I Dey club for New York when Supreme Court give us our own last year !! Casanova just Dey look me say wat happened ? Why u not turning up no more I say Baba wait first my chest. So wait? It’s not even about winning again.. u can actually win get sworn in all and then vamoos ! Chai’This government nah cruise forget
