Nigerian singer Simi has revealed marrying Adekunle Gold because God told her to.

Simi stated that God told her Adekunle Gold, who is also a musician was the right man for her.

Simi, real name Simisola Kosoko, made this revelation on Instagram, while engaging fans in a question-and-answer session.

One curious asked her private question, “How did you know that your husband was the one for you?”

Simi replied: “God told me.”

The couple recently celebrated their second marriage anniversary. They have been blessed with a daughter.
